DescriptionLearn exercises to improve your balance, strength, and mobility which may help decrease the risk of falls. Learn ways to decrease your fall risk including making environmental changes. Learn how physical therapy can help diagnose the reasons you may be losing your balance or tripping. Finally, understand what factors may be contributing to a decline in your mobility.

Jody Dexter, PT, OCS, CMPT has 18 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with multiple certifications and has studied with many different institutes. She is trained in vestibular rehabilitation, worked in home health, and has experience in treating older patients with orthopedic and neurological disorders.

This program is part of a monthly series exploring healthy aging for active seniors, presented in partnership with Brookdale - Senior Living Solutions.
