DescriptionThis month’s movie is “Woman on the Run” (1950), a crime film noir about Frank Johnson, who flees police after becoming an eyewitness to a murder. He is pursued around scenic San Francisco by his wife, a reporter, the police, and the murderer. Directed by Norman Foster and stars Ann Sheridan, Dennis O’Keefe and Robert Keith. Third film in our four-part “Femme Noir” movie series.
