About the Artists:

Mimi Pond is a cartoonist, illustrator, humorist and writer best known for her graphic memoirs “Over Easy” and "The Customer is Always Wrong" (Drawn and Quarterly).
Pond has created comics for the Los Angeles Times, Seventeen Magazine, National Lampoon, and many other publications too numerous to mention, along with five humor books. She has also written for television: her credits include the first full length episode of the Simpsons, "Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire" in 1989, and episodes for the television shows "Designing Women" and "Pee Wee's Playhouse".

Rina Ayuyang is an Eisner and Ignatz-nominated cartoonist based in Oakland, California. Her online comic, Beginning's End was nominated for an Eisner Award for Best Short Story. Her A Cartoonist's Diary contribution on TCJ.com was chosen as a Silver medalist by the Society of Illustrators' in the 2016 Comic and Cartoon Art Annual. Her upcoming book, "Blame This on the Boogie," will be released in Fall 2018 with Drawn and Quarterly. She also runs the comics imprint Yam Books, and plays the "nice" co-host on the comics podcast, The Comix Claptrap.

Clyde Petersen is a Seattle-based artist, working in film, animation, music, installation and fabulous spectacle. He travels the world with his punk band Your Heart Breaks and hosts the Internet film series "Boating with Clyde" in a small handmade boat in the Washington Park Arboretum. His work has been featured around the world at the FLARE: London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, SXSW, the Henry Art Gallery, the Walker Art Gallery, Portland State University, Western Washington University, Bumbershoot Arts Festival, Seattle Lesbian and Gay Film Festival and many other venues.
