DescriptionEnter a time machine and go back to 1960s Seattle in this novel by local author Cherie Tucker. Follow University of Washington coed Kathleen Andrews as she navigates the shoals of changing roles for women and discovers that there’s more to life than attending college to get her “MRS” degree to find a husband.

This program is part of the Words, Writers & West Seattle series which features writers connected to the Duwamish Peninsula. Programs are held monthly on the second Thursday evenings. Books will be available for purchase. Presented in partnership with the Southwest Seattle Historical Society.
