SummaryExplore this mobile children’s science museum exhibit, from Idea Hatch: STEAM for Kids, with hands-on activities at each station.
DescriptionStations range from an Augmented Reality sandbox with a new watershed and stream component, to finding camouflaged animals; from making and flying paper birds in a wind tunnel to guessing animals from realistic fur, claw and scat reproductions. Participants take home a tree round pendant they've decorated with animal tracks, and leaf rubbing art. For all ages.

This program is part of this year’s Summer of Learning program Splash! Adventures with Water, which encourages reading and activities around science, technology, technology, arts and math. We are offering over 250 free youth programs throughout the city this summer. You can pick up a Summer Action Guide at any Library location.
NotesLibrary events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required.
