SummaryThis gentle yoga class is designed for adults aged 50+.
DescriptionLearn how to stretch and move with awareness to increase strength and improve flexibility, balance and posture. There will be a short period of meditation at both the beginning and end of the class. Option to use a chair during yoga and meditation for accessibility and comfort. Led by Rosalie Battah, Forrest Yoga certified, Reiki Master Practitioner.
Class NotesPlease arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Wear comfortable clothing and an extra layer to be warm. Bring an open mind and water bottle if you have one. Props including mats are not needed for this class. Please call the branch to register. Drop-in, day of the program as space allows. Library events are free and everyone is welcome.
