DescriptionAn Evening of Poetry is a quarterly series for fresh voices in the local poetry scene.

Thomas Walton's work has appeared in several journals both online and off, including ZYZZYVA, Queen Mob’s Teahouse, The Chaos Journal, Delmar, and Gambling the Aisle. His book-length anti-lyric-essay lyric essay, The World Is All That Does Befall Us, comes out later this year from Ravenna Press. He edits PageBoy Magazine and raises killer bees in Seattle.

Armin Tolentino received his MFA at Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey. His poetry has appeared in Arsenic Lobster, Hyphen Magazine, and The Raven Chronicles. He is a former Oregon Literary Arts Fellowship recipient and hopes one day to earn a Guinness Record for world's loudest clap.

Elizabeth Vignali is an optician and writer in Bellingham, Washington. She is the author of Object Permanence (Finishing Line Press, 2014). Her poems have appeared in various publications, including Willow Springs, Cincinnati Review, and The American Journal of Poetry. Elizabeth co-leads the Kitchen Sessions: Bellingham poetry series and is working on her first full-length collection.

Kami Westhoff's book Sleepwalker was the winner of Minerva Rising's Dare to Be Contest in 2016. Her work has appeared in various journals including Meridian, Third Coast, Carve, The Pinch, Passages North, Eclectica, Redivider, and West Branch. She teaches Creative Writing at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.
